Choose up to 25 portions per scheduled meal. Each portion is approximately 7–10 g, depending on kibble size, shape and density. Weigh a test serving of your usual kibble before setting portions.

Use dry kibble only. Do not use wet, canned or damp food. Compatibility with freeze-dried food has not been confirmed. The feeder serves into one open bowl and does not separate food between pets.

Scheduled feeding times may vary by approximately 30 seconds.

Before first use, wash removable food-contact parts and allow them to dry fully before reassembly.

Hand-wash the removable hopper, bowl tray, impeller cover and removable silicone or plastic dispensing parts. The stainless-steel bowl is dishwasher-safe.

Wipe the main unit and hopper lid with a slightly damp soft cloth. Do not rinse, soak or immerse them.

Replace the silica gel desiccant approximately monthly, adjusting for the environment and use.

• Dual independent controls. Plan up to 10 meals a day in the SmartLife app or up to 6 using the on-device controls. Serve an extra meal remotely through the app or dispense a portion directly from the feeder.

• Portions you can adjust. Set up to 25 portions per scheduled meal. Each portion is approximately 7–10 g, depending on the food’s size, shape and density.

• More room between refills. The 4.5 L hopper provides up to 30 days of feeding, depending on daily food intake and food density. It holds compatible solid pet food measuring 2–15 mm. A flexible silicone impeller helps food dispense smoothly.

• Patented dual-layer airtight dispensing outlet. A silicone-sealed lid and outlet, together with a silica gel desiccant, help limit exposure to air and moisture.

• Functional LED status indicators. LED indicators show dispensing, low-food and blockage status. Continuous low-food monitoring provides real-time LED and app alerts during normal mains-powered, connected operation.

• Triple protection. Safety structure with a 75% safety improvement.

• Materials chosen for daily use. Korean-sourced LG ABS pairs with a food-grade 304 stainless-steel bowl that resists oil build-up. The removable bowl is dishwasher-safe.

• Feeding through power interruptions. With three D-cell alkaline batteries installed, saved schedules continue during a power cut for approximately 5–7 days, depending on battery condition and use.

Setup and care

App control requires mains power and an internet-connected 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. In battery mode, remote control is unavailable; low-food and jam detection operate during dispensing only.

Weigh a test serving before setting portions. Hand-wash removable plastic parts and dry thoroughly before reassembly. Only the stainless-steel bowl is dishwasher-safe. Wipe the main unit and hopper lid clean; do not rinse or immerse them.
